An embodied journey for women & non-binary folks to reclaim desire, pleasure, and sexuality.

This three-month journey invites you to reclaim pleasure as a source of power and freedom. We’ll explore desire as a pathway to joy, connection, and aliveness: learning to embrace your body and sexuality, discovering what turns you on, and communicating your needs and boundaries with confidence.

What this course includes…

Three transformative weekends to reclaim the power of desire and pleasure.

  • Module 1: Connect with Your Own Pleasure & Body

    21-22 FEBRUARY

In this module, we’ll explore our connection to our bodies and the messages we’ve absorbed about pleasure, desire, and sexuality. Through breathwork, embodiment, and pleasure mapping, we’ll listen to our bodies’ signals, discover what feels good, and begin to explore our boundaries. Together, we’ll reclaim our bodies and pleasure as pathways back to joy, aliveness, and belonging.

  • Module 2: Know What You Want

    21-22 MARCH

In this module, we’ll explore what we most long for in intimacy. Through journaling, reflection, and guided practices, we’ll uncover our core desires and how we want to give and receive connection. Depending on the group, we may also explore aspects of sexuality such as gentle introductions to Tantra, BDSM, and romance, as ways to deepen intimacy and expand our capacity for pleasure. Each exploration invites us to open to more pleasure and connection while honoring our authentic yes’s, no’s, and everything in between.

  • Module 3: Communicate What You Want

    18-19 APRIL

In Module 3, you’ll practice to voicing your desires and boundaries with confidence and care, while also learning to relax into receiving. We’ll explore how to ask for what you want, how to guide someone in touching you the way you like, and how to teach someone your hottest sexual movie. Together, we’ll also work through the fears that can arise around expressing desire.

Questions

  • You are never expected to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you. This course is about learning to listen to your body and honor your own boundaries.

Before each practice, you’ll be invited to check in with yourself and choose what feels comfortable. If an exercise doesn’t feel right, you can opt out, modify, or do it on your own.

There are a few optional experiential practices where you can explore connection with others — always clothed, consensual, and focused on awareness rather than performance. These experiences are simply invitations to notice sensation, energy, and boundaries in a safe, supported way.

The most important part of this course is your relationship with your yes and no. You are always celebrated for honoring your truth, whether that means joining in or stepping back.

  • This course is meant to support you wherever you are in your journey. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your sexuality or have already walked many paths of discovery, you’re welcome here.

You might be drawn to feel more at home in your body, to understand what truly moves you, or to grow more confident in expressing and receiving pleasure. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been with anyone or have explored widely - you are celebrated for being here, and for meeting yourself exactly where you are.

  • This course is open to anyone who identifies as a woman or non-binary person and feels drawn to exploring their body, pleasure, and sexuality in a supportive, shame-free environment.

Because we sometimes discuss vulva-based anatomy, I invite you to let me know if that doesn’t match your experience - I’ll adapt the language and offer inclusive materials so everyone feels seen and supported.

Before joining, I meet individually with each participant to ensure we share core values such as consent, curiosity, diversity, equality, and the celebration (not shaming) of desire. This helps us create a community that feels safe, inclusive, and aligned for everyone involved.

  • Each module has been intentionally designed with a clear structure and flow. I will guide you step by step through the process so you always feel supported and held. At the same time, I attune to the group’s needs, energy, and capacity each day, adjusting the pace and focus when needed to make the experience as meaningful and fulfilling as possible.

  • The course is designed to be both immersive and flexible. We meet for three in-person weekends, with integration calls on Zoom between sessions. These calls are recommended but not required.

Between modules, you’ll receive optional at-home practices, reflections, and suggested readings to help you integrate what you’ve learned. You can engage with as much or as little as feels right for you.

The more presence and curiosity you bring, the more you’ll receive from the experience, but there is no pressure to keep up with a specific pace. You can always return to the materials and practices in your own time.

  • The in-person weekends take place at Stigbergstorget, Gothenburg. I provide snacks and tea throughout the day to keep you nourished and comfortable. Lunch is not included, but if you wish to join, we’ll decide together on a place to order from and either have lunch in the space or go outside, depending on the weather.
